I went online and started a subscription, wanting to make the monthly payments, but it charged me the full annual fee of 235$. The problem was fixed pretty quickly and I got my refund. And a free regular box because they couldn't stop the order. So that was really great. I had to get everything straightened out over the phone because the website didn't give me the option to do the Super Chewer box with monthly payments. So after getting everything figured out I got my free box yesterday. My dog went absolutely crazy with joy. He loved the treats and has not put them down yet. Now being that this was a regular box, I already expected my dog to rip through them right away because he is a super chewer.

I have a small Chinese Crested Chihuahua and he loves the treats, although the toys are not made sturdy enough. The biggest issue I have is I canceled in advance and they still charged my account! I want a full refund or next stop will be the BBB. If I receive any further boxes they will be returned. The meaning of a canceled subscription is no further payments will be made. Make this right and refund my money please!
My first order my dog tore apart toys within one hour. I called to cancel, and they won’t let me! They said I signed up for a year and I’m stuck. They keep shipping every month and charging my PayPal account. So I have a balance with PayPal, and I keep sending the boxes back unopened. Total scam! Now I can’t use my PayPal account or cancel it! Ugh! Don’t sign up!
Not only do the themed monthly boxes start at only $21, but if your pup doesn’t dig something that came in his box, the company will fix it for you according to their Scout’s Honor policy. Although I can personally attest to the fact that you will be making very few calls to Customer Service, as all treats and toys are dog-tested and approved. My 3-year-old Pomeranian never met a BarkBox she didn’t like, and now she’s convinced every package that comes through my apartment door is for her. #Princess.

I have been subscribed to Barkbox for over a year and will be a customer of theirs forever. Their customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. My dog never liked toys, but I ordered him a Barkbox and now he actually plays with toys! I'm so happy that I found this company because my dog gets so excited every time he sees me bring inside the Barkbox. The box is also a great value.
Not so happy with this company. It is already August and have not received my July box yet. When I try to check online, it just says, "Information not available yet." Talked to the rep and she said there have been some delays with getting boxes out due to a warehouse move, and while I understand the delay (I guess?), being proactive and communicating this information to customers would go a long way to avoid frustration. They did offer to make the August box free, which is nice, but as of now, my August box will be delivered before the July box. Makes no sense. It's a bummer. I was excited, but I'm not trusting that future orders will be timely.

Stitch Fix eschewed the label when marketing its public offering to investors, sources have told CNBC. Amazon similarly contends its Amazon prime wardrobe service is not a subscription box service.
