Seriously? I just spoke to someone at Bark Box today about a late delivery for Scout Finch’s box. They not only are making sure the box ships on time now, they’re sending the next box free AND including an extra toy. I was so impressed with their customer service and their determination to make things right that I signed up for a 2nd box each month for my grandson’s dog, Gatsby. We are now loyal Bark Box customers.
My first order my dog tore apart toys within one hour. I called to cancel, and they won’t let me! They said I signed up for a year and I’m stuck. They keep shipping every month and charging my PayPal account. So I have a balance with PayPal, and I keep sending the boxes back unopened. Total scam! Now I can’t use my PayPal account or cancel it! Ugh! Don’t sign up!

My pittie (Snoop, 55 pounds, 4 years) loves to destroy his toys, and the Chompster Mash toys from BarkShop are made with the intention of being destroyed. Even so, they tend to last much longer than the other plush creatures I buy Snoop—some for weeks! The three-eyed, squeaker-filled Goosie Goon is a good place to start. While they’re not cheap—especially considering that they meet the trash can before too long—they are the only toys that can keep Snoop occupied for hours. Bonus: BarkShop has a loyalty program called the Destroyers Club, where you can earn credits on future purchases if you share photos of your pup destroying these toys. Who doesn’t love sharing photos of their pup?

Bark & Co is the handiwork of Matt Meeker, Henrik Werdelin and Carly Strife. Brought together by their love of all things canine, these three launched Bark & Co’s first product, BarkBox, with little thought as to how popular it was going to be. BarkBox is a subscription e-commerce and content company for dog-lovers. As BarkBox grew, so did their understanding of the loyal dog parents that loved their monthly box of goodies. The success of the box led to the creation of Bark & Co, a company that is dedicated to building products that foster the health and happiness of dogs everywhere.
While many of these toys will keep your pup busy on his own, you still want to spend plenty of quality time with your furry friend, and we have just the selection of rope toys and balls you can play with together. For example, our Multipet Nuts for Knots is the best of both worlds – a ball made out of rope with a handle for tug of war. You can play until your arm gets tired, because it’s doubtful your pup is going to give up first! If your dog loves to play fetch, we have everything from tennis balls to indestructible balls that glow-in-the-dark. We even have ball launchers that will send the ball hurling in the air, causing him to run even farther – perfect for the dog park or anywhere your dog has plenty of room to run.
We recently underwent a very large warehouse move for the month of July. In doing so we had a few hiccups with some of our boxes. Then also there was limited inventory in our new warehouse. Which would be why that replacement order was canceled. I can totally understand your frustration with the back and fourth and the confusion. So we would love to make this right for you and turn this experience around in the best way that we can. Please email us directly at Lindz@barkbox.com and we would love to help!
Exercise and mental stimulation are the keys to every dog’s health and happiness, so EntirelyPets offers a wide array of pet toys to keep your dog active no matter his size or breed. It’s important to purchase toys your dog will interact with – so consider what your dog’s interests are. Is he a chewer? Check out our selection of both chew toys and dental toys. Chewing is a natural instinct for dogs – it helps sharpen their teeth and keep them clean – plus, it helps with anxiety and boredom. So help them burn off some of that energy with our variety of Kong toys, Nylabones, Spunky Pet and more. We have chew toys that bounce, squeak, float – just about anything you can imagine to keep your dog entertained.
There are few things that make your dog happier than a new toy. Whether it's a toss Shop fetch toy, a squeaky toy, a dog chew toy or bone or anything else, you can count on your dog wanting to play. Using dog toys to play with your dog is one of the best expereiences of being a dog owner, so it's important you return the favor and get your dog a toy that he loves -- and one that will last.
But as much as this is a place for dogs, it is clearly also meant to be a space for their human companions to enjoy well, tapping into the documented trend among consumers looking to spend more on experiences—especially those that photograph for Instagram well—these days. The park will be putting on a number of events, at least twice weekly, including “Downward Dog Yoga” and “Okto-Bark-Fest.” The park will also host some of Bark’s existing programming already held routinely in other cities, such as the Open Bark Night comedy show.
The subscription service has already touted itself as an experience for dogs and their owners, with a new theme to each month’s arrival. Past themes have tapped into holidays (Halloween is a popular one), pop culture (including a whole box dedicated to the ’90s), and other creative ventures that often involve a good pun (including “Secrets of the Rainfurrest”). Many BarkBox subscribers also share these experiences via social media through “unboxing” videos on Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube.

Bonus — If you’re gifting a BarkBox subscription, you can surprise your recipient with a Double Deluxe BarkBox. That means, in their first BarkBox, they’ll get DOUBLE the number of toys, treats, and chews than a regular BarkBox – that’s FOUR toys, FOUR treats, and TWO chews! It’s a one-time $19 upgrade to make a wow-worthy Christmas gift of two boxes worth of dog goodies, followed by regular BarkBoxes for the rest of the subscription. The KONG Extreme Dog Toy is more than just a chew toy — it is also an interactive toy. Stuff this toy with your dog's favorite treats, and he'll be happy for hours, tossing the toy around and working to get at the treats inside. The unpredictable bouncing action makes the KONG Extreme a great toy for games of fetch, and it is also the perfect toy to keep your dog busy when he's confined to his crate or left home alone. It is also a great option for dogs with separation anxiety.

“Being a Bull Mastiff, Cooper was our house’s heavy weight champion. He needed a bit extra in everything. I wasn’t sure whether the treats in Barkbox would suit him and I thought the goodies might be tiny. The reviews I looked at were good. I thought of it as a onetime choice and ordered a box but now I’m a regular subscriber. As I opened the box, I could feel the amount of care the team from barkbox had taken to identify and customize these goody treats.”

I wanted to do something special for my chihuahua pug mix and I decided to sign up for Barkbox. I chose to go with the yearly subscription as it was the cheapest of the group per monthly payments. They offer boxes for different size groups, Small, Medium and Large as well as other types of boxes to fit what your pup needs - regular, super chewers, etc. I started off with just the regular box and when it came in the mail, she wasn't sure what it was yet but was excited. She received two toys, two treat bags and something else - which she all loved. My dog is a chewer so of course she had tore apart one of the toys and I simply contacted someone at Barkbox and asked if they could switch me to an option more suitable for her chew destroying needs and they were more than happy too.
Hey there Christy and pack! We are so happy to hear that you guys are loving the monthly goodies and we don't blame you at all. They are just that good. I'm so sad thought to hear that some of the toys are not the perfect size for Milo! We want to keep those tails wagging and to make the boxes as special for you guys as we can. So what we can do is customize your monthly boxes to better cater your whole pack! Then we can also customize the chews so you don't get them in your boxes or we can customize them so you don't get the harder ones. We would love to help with this and can do so if you email us directly at Lindz@barkbox.com!
Reviews for the Wobble Wag Giggle Ball from WNEP and Highya speak to the versatility and durability of this interactive dog toy. Our own testing revealed that the six "clutch pockets" make it easy for dogs of any size to enjoy this toy and the three internal tubes emit sound whenever the ball is shaken or rolled. Whether you need a toy to keep your dog entertained while you are away or something to help him get a little bit of extra exercise, this is the toy to choose.
Emmy dislikes: The bandana was a little too snug for Tico, and because of his sensitivities to literally everything, he's not much of a bandana dog, so I could've done without that (though it is super cute!). Also, it's the most expensive subscription box out of all three, though just by a few dollars, and it's the same price whether you buy just one or go with a year-round subscription.
Included in the package is a card that lists what was enclosed and information about how to order more of each. I have found the prices to do that are a little high. While I love my pets dearly, I usually get all other treats from my local stores. I have notice that Marshall's and TJ Maxx often carry some of the same packaged treats as found in BarkBoxes.
I really love the BarkBoxes that come to the door. It really has good treats and cute toys for our fur babies. There is two things I would change. 1. Months with holidays given the option to choose holiday toys or regular. Like Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, 4th of July... etc. I would choose the holiday every time. 2. On the birthday months, you sent out a email asking about the birthday cake treat. I wished it would have arrived before the birthday, instead of 5 days later. It was disappointing.

The first time I ordered from BarkBox I had a bad experience. They lost my order, and I had to contact them several times to receive my order. I thought I would give them a second chance and I placed an order on 8/22 for my granddog's birthday on 8/29. I received an email stating the order would be received in 2-5 days. It is now the 29th, her birthday, and my order has not even left the warehouse yet! I will not be giving them a third try. From now on I will be ordering from Amazon. They are much more reliable.

The first BarkPark is scheduled to open on September 8 in Nashville, Tenn. It will be open daily between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. through November. The BarkPark will encompass a landscaped green space designed for dogs to run around as well as access to plenty of Bark-branded toys and treats. (Bark currently produces more than 430 new toys each year.) The park is promised to be cleaned regularly, and there will be BarkPark “hosts” who are also trained professionals to monitor dog play and ensure safety for all attendees.
