I have been subscribed to Barkbox for over a year and will be a customer of theirs forever. Their customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. My dog never liked toys, but I ordered him a Barkbox and now he actually plays with toys! I'm so happy that I found this company because my dog gets so excited every time he sees me bring inside the Barkbox. The box is also a great value.
Oh the themes are really cute with BarkBox, but with over a year of BarkBox deliveries, I think that not one was delivered at a consistent time. I would get notice that my account was billed (so I paid for the toys) and sometimes, three or four weeks later, I'd wonder where the box was. We contacted Barkbox several times, and while the emails were cute, they made promises they never kept. Oh my gosh, the number of times I received an email saying that they knew they had messed up so they were upgrading us to faster delivery! Is one month from the date they take my money faster delivery?

This is the not the experience that we want you guys to have at all and would love to turn this around for you both! We know how eager you guys must be to get your box and we don't blame you at all. It looks like this month's box would be Click's second box and last month was the first. Right now the first box always auto ships right away. Then following that our boxes ship out on the 15th of the month and you can see those boxes anytime from the 15th-26th of the month. Then right now that ETA delivery date can change at any time. We are so very sorry about this and can see how that would be frustrating! Then right now when you sign up for a multi month commitment and cancel that stops the renewal. Meaning you will still get the boxes that you signed up for and none following that. We try to make that apparent at sign up, but it can be easy to miss at times. I am the owner/operator of a Doggy DayCamp (daycare for dogs), and I was searching for unusual, but fun toys for two DayCampers having their one-year Birthday. I could have ordered the same toys via Amazon Prime but I decided that I wanted to see what BarkBox was all about. Huge mistake. They are the worst. They took my money and never shipped birthday gifts.

I have been a BarkBox subscriber for 4 years and have previously found them to be mildly inefficient but the billing is accurate, the toys are cute and the packaging is tidy. However, I recently placed a gift order to BarkBox and things have gone badly. I got a delivery eta of a week out. Package not received 2 weeks later, multiple (5) follow-up emails entirely ignored by BarkBox. Response that finally came cited “mass email” to all subscribers (never received, although I continue to receive lots of sales emails from BarkBox) and “ongoing warehouse inventory”, and hopes that the box will ship in the next week or so. There is no mechanism for expediting support requests, and the front line folks appear to working from scripts intended to appease and retain customers, regardless of whether or not the problem can be addressed.
Barkbox ships via DHL and USPS (Priority mail) inside US and ships to Canada via USPA to Canada Post. This requires you to personally collect the box and if a re delivery is not possible, you’ll be asked to go to the post office. But you can avoid all this by customizing your delivery options or by talking to the USPA personnel. You can schedule your delivery time as well by going to my.usps.com.
