The BarkBox Dog Parent Survey was conducted by Kelton Global, a leading global insights research firm, between October 28th and November 4th, 2016 among 1,006 nationally representative Americans with dogs ages 18 and over, using an e-mail invitation and an online survey.  Quotas are set to ensure a reliable representation of the U.S. population 18 and over.
Pet Pack is a pet subscription company that aims to make pets happy and healthy. They hand-pick 4-5 full-sized products to send to petscribers every month. They have pet needs options that we'll meet every month such as: a tough toy option for dogs, no catnip for cats, a puppy pack, and no toy options, just treats and products. They provide packs for both cats and dogs. They ship to US and Canada with flat rate shipping to US of $5 and $10 flat rate to Canada
Hey Jenifer and Jack! Thanks so much for being such loyal members of the pack and for the kind words! Spoiling Jack makes us the happiest every single month! We would also love to hear these Fairy Tales that you are talking about. In the meantime if there is anything else that we might be able to help with please don't hesitate to let us know at any time.

I ordered Barkbox when they were having their $5 promotion. When we got the box, my dogs liked the treats, but destroyed the toys in less than an hour. For $5, I wasn't complaining. Before I could cancel (only days after I received my first box) they charged my card $25. I called and expressed how unhappy I was with the box, and I no longer wanted to receive them. They would not refund my money. I just got my second box that I paid for weeks ago, and it's the same deal. They like the treats, but I can go buy better toys from Walmart for less. I was told it would be cancelled after this box, and I really hope that's the case. It's not worth $25...
I ordered BarkBox because l saw the commercial and thought it'd be great for my dog. When l placed my first order, l was told l would receive the package between July 18-July 22. The package didn't come so l contacted them Sunday night. I was then told by email because when you call the number, the representatives are always away, that they were sorry and l would receive the package no later than Tuesday, July 24.
Every dog has his own unique preferences for toys, but the Wobble Wag Giggle Ball appeals to all dogs by taking the shape of the most classic of dog toys — the ball. This interactive dog toy is more than just a ball, however. It is a noise-making toy that wobbles, bounces, and giggles. With its unique sounds and motion, this ball will engage your dog's natural instincts for play, working off his excess energy without draining yours.
Since your dog is pretty much going to always love what you give them, ultimately choosing a dog subscription box is all about what ***you*** want. If you're someone who loves a theme and wants treats and toys at an affordable price, BarkBox is for you. If you want a mix of treats, toys, and wearables for your pup, then The Dapper Dog is a pretty solid bet. If you're someone who loves customization for a great deal, then PupJoy could be up your alley.
"Hide and Seek" is a fun game for dogs to play. "Found" toys are often much more attractive. Making an interactive game out of finding toys or treats is a good rainy-day activity for your dog, using up energy without the need for a lot of space. For example, scattering a handful of kibble in the grass or on a patterned carpet will require your dog to use his nose to find the food.

Is your pup running out of goodies to eat and play with? And are you too preoccupied with life’s demands that you keep forgetting to buy puppy delights? Dog subscription boxes are here, setting the new trend, to keep your dogs and puppies constantly rewarded. Barkbox boasts a range of high-quality treats and toys that are made from natural products assuring maximum customer satisfaction.

There are almost as many kinds of dog toys as there is kind of dogs, but Pet Mountain makes it easy for you with the ability to select exactly what you want that's the perfect size and style for your dog. Added on to that convenience is assurance that you're buying from some of the best manufacturers of dog toy products out there -- brands like Kong, Nylabone, Four Paws, Chuckit and Spot.
You will receive your Welcome box within a week after subscribing.  Then every month you’ll receive the monthly PetGiftBox, which ships in the middle of the month, every month! Please note: Shipping information must be changed before the 5th of the month in order to affect that month’s shipment. All address changes made after this date will become effective on the next month’s shipment.
Fine Print: PupBox can be ordered for adult dogs too, but while PupBox for puppies is customized based on your dog’s size and age, for full-grown dogs, you won’t be age customized. Another cool thing about PupBox is that is customized way beyond just size. Pupbox also asks for information on your dog’s coat length and environment (city vs. country) so that they can really provide a customized experience.

The boxes are themed around the relevant holidays and the packaging itself is made to look like a gift with a bow and to/from tag on the design so it is a nice option for those looking to give as a present to other pups. The box we tested (prior to The Gift Box owning it) had two types of treats (that were both American made) two toys and a scented candle for masking pet smells.
BarkBox—the world’s largest subscription service for pets and their people—is changing all that with its monthly box of themed goodies, treats, and toys. With more than 50 million items shipped worldwide, they’ve taken a serious bite out of the pet supply market—and these self-described “crazy dog people” show no signs of easing up. Their passion for pups and the folks that care for them shines through at every brand interaction, from their #BarkBoxDay Insta hashtag to their email ‘pup-dates’, and the loyal community they’ve built reflects that customer-centric M.O.

“When you tell customers when they should expect their shipments, they’re pretty good at holding you accountable to that,” Snowden says. But the homegrown fulfillment solution BarkBox was using made it difficult to communicate with customers when delivery information changed, and nearly impossible to get timely feedback when something went wrong. In the event of a delay, the information might not reach the customer until it was too late, and worse still, the customer would oftentimes reach out to the carrier’s customer support to get help. “The carriers of course do everything they can, but we as a brand lost the control over that experience,” Snowden says.
Worth every single penny. I literally can not say enough amazing things about BarkBox. First of all, and most importantly, my 3 dogs LOVE IT! Secondly, all of the toys are FUN, creative, and durable. You can buy seconds of ones your pup loves and seconds on treats as well. Thirdly! They have this really cool program where if your pup destroys something, you can post the aftermath on any social media, tag #destroyersclub and barkbox will give you credit on barkshop for some new toys!
Fine Print: Each box contains dog training gear, including a halti harness and a treat pouch, dog training exercises and lessons, plus training games designed for the whole family to enjoy. They even offer bite prevention lessons and a dog body language card game that can help teach your kids how to read and respect your dog (while still having fun)! Good Dog In a Box provides the tools you need to ensure a well-integrated canine/human family.

I pay approximately $18 a month for the box. It is worth it to see how excited my dog gets when the box arrives. Her nose is right in there when I open it. She has never received a treat she didn't like. One time, we received cleaning cloths to wipe off muddy feet. She didn't like them so much . . . . the treats and toys are way more popular around here.

I have always looked forward to the monthly boxes, as well as my pups. However, my recent experience will cause me to never use your service or recommend to others. The cancellation policy and what seems to be a trend of complaints, was a three month process. My dogs' last box contained treats that made them quite sick. Two of my three dogs were up all night vomiting and diarrhea. I’m not sure I would have made the connection to the treats until an email from BarkBox today. They have never reacted to what you are saying was a mislabeled “included barley” response.
My pittie (Snoop, 55 pounds, 4 years) loves to destroy his toys, and the Chompster Mash toys from BarkShop are made with the intention of being destroyed. Even so, they tend to last much longer than the other plush creatures I buy Snoop—some for weeks! The three-eyed, squeaker-filled Goosie Goon is a good place to start. While they’re not cheap—especially considering that they meet the trash can before too long—they are the only toys that can keep Snoop occupied for hours. Bonus: BarkShop has a loyalty program called the Destroyers Club, where you can earn credits on future purchases if you share photos of your pup destroying these toys. Who doesn’t love sharing photos of their pup?
After launching in 2011, Barkbox saw more than $1 million in revenues per month after only 2 years in business. By February 2014, they reached $25 million in revenue per year. It’s no wonder so many other monthly dog box companies popped up after Barkbox’s initial (and continuing) success. Here are the features that make Barkbox a winner for you and your pooch:

BarkBox is a monthly subscription box with special toys and treats for your dog! Every box is designed to entertain and bring joy to your pup. Ask a handful of businesses whether their service that allows the option of subscribing to boxes of goods is a "subscription box service," several will likely explain why they are not. Stitch Fix eschewed the label when marketing its public offering to investors, sources have told CNBC. (Stitch Fix offers customers the chance to buy without a subscription or change the frequency of their subscription.) Amazon similarly contends its Amazon prime wardrobe service is not a subscription box service.
