While all boxes take into account your dog’s size, some also consider gender, environment, allergies, toy temperament (gentle or rough with toys), and other preferences. The box is extra fun because it has a new surprise theme to keep things fresh each month. If they can’t find something your dog will love that fits the theme, they make it themselves! One of the coolest things is that they have an online store – called BarkShop – where you can order more of what your dog loved in their box. (their product descriptions are hilarious by the way and will keep you entertained for hours).
When I first signed up for BarkBox, I was an excited first-time puppy owner. I loved my dog and I wanted to give him the best of the best, and BarkBox was an excellent way to do that. I love knowing that I'm giving my dog top quality treats, and I never have to worry about running out because I get two bags each month. Being a first time dog owner, I also didn't realize how valuable the auto ship toys would be! While my dog doesn't usually tear through toys, he will rip holes in them to get squeakers out or chew a hole in them. I never have to worry about replacing toys because I know he'll be getting another BarkBox soon.

We do have wonderful durability options such as our super chewer box and our more durable classic boxes. Then we are so sorry for the trouble with trying to cancel your account. Right now when you sign up for a multi month commitment and cancel that stops the renewal. So you will still get the commitment that you signed up for and none following that. We do try to make that apparent at sign up but it can be easy to miss. Then I went in for you on my end and closed your current account. If anything changes we would love to have you and Rascals back in the pack with more durablility or a treat only box!
