I was going to buy Bark Box but after reading what all the customers here wrote about your companies treatment and poor quality no way..I work hard for my money and don’t have time to fix company problems that have my money that don’t do the right thing by their customers, so I wouldn’t even give it one chance after reading the unjustly unfair problems everyone has dealt with buying BarkBox I just read here so sorry customer service is a rare thing these days it seems if you don’t have good reviews I will spend my money where the company treats you with value.

I’ve spoiled our dog with more toys than I care to admit, but he regularly trots up to me with the Hol-ee Roller for a game of fetch. I’d learned about the ball from friends we’d dog-sat for; their two Shih Tzus were always dropped off with one apiece. Yes, two dogs, two toys. I purchased a six month order, all prepaid. The only reason I did order was there was a special going on that the first box would be doubled. After a few days the tracking hadn't updated so I chatted with them, and "it will be going out in the next day or two." Two weeks later and NOTHING has shipped. They keep offering me free boxes, but I can't seem to get the initial one that I paid for. A few days ago, a different lady said no you should have gotten it by now I will send a replacement. I thought ok great finally! HAHAHAHA Jokes on me!!! I received an email saying that my replacement was no longer available, but they would be happy to give me a free box at the end of my subscription. I am beyond frustrated, and fed up. I've asked to cancel my subscription, but they keep saying give it a little while. I just want my money back. I can go to the store and buy my babies toys...

My C/S rep was nice and answered my question, but I was not happy with the answer. When we started, referred friends got a free box and we received a free box. That has changed and we were not notified. I referred a friend and they did not get a free box so they did not sign up. It made me look foolish. If I would have known I would have referred them, but not told them they would get a free first box.

The first time I ordered from BarkBox I had a bad experience. They lost my order, and I had to contact them several times to receive my order. I thought I would give them a second chance and I placed an order on 8/22 for my granddog's birthday on 8/29. I received an email stating the order would be received in 2-5 days. It is now the 29th, her birthday, and my order has not even left the warehouse yet! I will not be giving them a third try. From now on I will be ordering from Amazon. They are much more reliable.
