The cancellation policy and what seems to be a trend of complaints, was a three month process. My dogs' last box contained treats that made them quite sick. Two of my three dogs were up all night vomiting and diarrhea. I’m not sure I would have made the connection to the treats until an email from BarkBox today. They have never reacted to what you are saying was a mislabeled “included barley” response.
