Thinking that maybe I needed to communicate dog to dog, I had my 4 Goldens and 1 Pyr (all rescues) send a personal plea to please get the box right, because their mom was threatening to cancel their subscription and buy their toys in other places. Again, received a cute email response (not nearly as cute as the email my 5 sent) basically saying we were wrong (really? It takes a month to ship something in the United States? And I have a transcript of the previous chat that specified what my BarkBox was supposed to contain, which it did not?!?)...and promises to make things better. THEN, literally 3 days later, another email was received about the glitch in their distribution center and OH - replacement items are now out of stock!

Save Money With Longer Subscriptions. Nearly all dog boxes provide discounts when you subscribe to several month subscriptions. Some of the dog subscription boxes may require you to pay in a lump some for whatever number of months you commit to, while others simply hold you to your promise. Others will let you cancel without too much fuss. This is worth being aware of and taking note of before committing to a lengthy subscription.
Tico likes: I loved the stuffed "pup noodles"! Mom doesn't let me have any real noodles (something about allergies, I don't know what that word means), so this is the closest I could get to the real thing. I even wondered if there were real noodles inside, so just in case, I made sure to destroy the whole thing in under 10 minutes flat. There weren't any noodles.

Please note: Shipping information must be changed before the 5th of the month in order to affect that month’s shipment. All address changes made after this date will become effective on the next month’s shipment. So this allows them to capture you in their system even if you don't complete the purchase. If you sign up after this, great. Absolutely love barkbox! I just signed up for my chocolate lab and I am very impressed! Great quality toys and adorable treats which my dog LOVES. He just got his first box today and he’s been carrying around his little stuffed bird all afternoon, he is obsessed! I was also very impressed with how fast it was delivered! I ordered it Sunday night and received it Wednesday, and it said it wasn’t going to come until July 2nd! So I was very happy about that and so was my sweet boy. I will definitely recommend barkbox to anyone who has playful pups! I will also continue to be a regular customer! :)
I ordered my first BarkBox which was estimated to arrive this Thursday, October 4th (tomorrow). As a first time box buyer you're supposed to receive your box 2-8 business days from your order. I checked on status today and it now says that the box is "still being prepared" when just a couple days ago it had the arrival date of 10/4/18. I already paid for the full 6 months subscription up front. When trying to chat with a service rep they said they had no idea of an estimated date in which I would receive the box. When I asked to cancel the subscription she said I could only cancel going forward and not be refunded for the 6 months I had already paid for. Welcome to BarkBox I suppose! Duped out of my money right out of the gate. I will be going to BBB to get a refund. Paying for services/product then being told "we have no idea what you'll receive this product" is not an acceptable way to do business.
A good dog toy will amuse your dog for a little while, but a great dog toy will keep him busy for hours at a time. Choosing the perfect dog toy is about finding something your dog likes that will also stand up to some rough play and maybe some heavy chewing. Not all dog toys are created equal, and each dog has his own unique preferences. If you were to test all of the dog toys on the market, it would take you ages. This is the not the experience that we want you guys to have at all and would love to turn this around for you both! We know how eager you guys must be to get your box and we don't blame you at all. It looks like this month's box would be Click's second box and last month was the first. Right now the first box always auto ships right away. Then following that our boxes ship out on the 15th of the month and you can see those boxes anytime from the 15th-26th of the month. Then right now that ETA delivery date can change at any time. We are so very sorry about this and can see how that would be frustrating! Then right now when you sign up for a multi month commitment and cancel that stops the renewal. Meaning you will still get the boxes that you signed up for and none following that. We try to make that apparent at sign up, but it can be easy to miss at times.
