The Barkbox team uses product testers like Scout, (That dog is positively adorable!) an 18-month old Miniature Schnauzer to select products. Barkbox ships around the 15th of every month and once the box is shipped, they would send you an email confirming your shipment and customers in the US living in the lower 48 states will have free shipping, with their boxes being delivered within 2-8 business days. US customers also get tracking details. Customers in Canada can expect the subscription box for their dogs within 4-12 days of shipment and they apologize for the lack of tracking details as you cannot track your box once it leaves the US. Shipping costs about $5 for customers in Canada and other outer states in the US.

Decided to try Barkbox for my 2 Malinois and my Boston Terrier. They are sharing one box started three months ago. All but one toys from the first 2 boxes are still intact. And they like the baked treats. My third box was stolen from the post office parcel box, and the company replaced it even though it was clearly not their fault. Would highly recommend this. The dogs and I have fun with the boxes!

The first BarkPark is scheduled to open on September 8 in Nashville, Tenn. It will be open daily between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. through November. The BarkPark will encompass a landscaped green space designed for dogs to run around as well as access to plenty of Bark-branded toys and treats. (Bark currently produces more than 430 new toys each year.) The park is promised to be cleaned regularly, and there will be BarkPark “hosts” who are also trained professionals to monitor dog play and ensure safety for all attendees.
I have a small Chinese Crested Chihuahua and he loves the treats, although the toys are not made sturdy enough. The biggest issue I have is I canceled in advance and they still charged my account! I want a full refund or next stop will be the BBB. If I receive any further boxes they will be returned. The meaning of a canceled subscription is no further payments will be made. Make this right and refund my money please!
