While many of these toys will keep your pup busy on his own, you still want to spend plenty of quality time with your furry friend, and we have just the selection of rope toys and balls you can play with together. For example, our Multipet Nuts for Knots is the best of both worlds – a ball made out of rope with a handle for tug of war. You can play until your arm gets tired, because it’s doubtful your pup is going to give up first! If your dog loves to play fetch, we have everything from tennis balls to indestructible balls that glow-in-the-dark. We even have ball launchers that will send the ball hurling in the air, causing him to run even farther – perfect for the dog park or anywhere your dog has plenty of room to run.

My C/S rep was nice and answered my question, but I was not happy with the answer. When we started, referred friends got a free box and we received a free box. That has changed and we were not notified. I referred a friend and they did not get a free box so they did not sign up. It made me look foolish. If I would have known I would have referred them, but not told them they would get a free first box.

KONG’s exclusive, super-bouncy natural rubber compound is absolutely irresistible to most dogs. We carry a wide selection of the finest KONG toys, from the KONG Original with Stuff'n Paste to tossable, tuggable Wubbas, to provide any dog with the safest, most satisfying chewing and playing experiences. In addition to KONGs, we have other tough toys made specifically for aggressive chewers. Constructed of ultra-durable, near-indestructible materials, these toys are built to last more than a few seconds.
I subscribed to Barkbox last Dec and continued it for 3 months. I have a chihuahua who loves treats, but I don’t feed her treats in such large quantities. My boxes always included some sort of sausage bar which she loved, about 2-3 large bags of treats and 1-2 toys. The treats were too much; in fact, we still have a few bags despite cancelling a few months ago. The “squeaky” toys were ok, but they were pretty cheap and didn’t last. For the monthly cost of the box, “we” were better off saving the $$$ and applying it to better toys and treats in smaller quantities. I can see this box being better for consumers with larger pets since they eat much more than a chihuahua. Every 5 lbs a dog gains is equivalent to a human gaining 20!! If we fed our beloved pet “all” the treats they were sending, she’d turn into a chunky monkey and it would be very unhealthy for her. So, the box, in my humble opinion, is better for larger dogs who can eat more treats with less repercussions.
I just started BarkBox for Zander. My first experience was a little wobbly. I went online and started a subscription, wanting to make the monthly payments, but it charged me the full annual fee of 235$. The problem was fixed pretty quickly and I got my refund. And a free regular box because they couldn't stop the order. So that was really great. I had to get everything straightened out over the phone because the website didn't give me the option to do the Super Chewer box with monthly payments. So after getting everything figured out I got my free box yesterday. My dog went absolutely crazy with joy. He loved the treats and has not put them down yet. Now being that this was a regular box, I already expected my dog to rip through them right away because he is a super chewer.
PawPack is one of those subscription boxes that simply has it all. Each month, your pup will get a box filled with all kinds of goodies including the healthiest all-natural treats and chews made with real meat and wholesome ingredients (and from small businesses!)  Not only are the edible treats nutritional for your four-legged friend, but the company strives to choose all items that are organic and eco-friendly to give back to not only your pet, but also the environment. Now that’s a mission we can get behind!

"The best rated box for your best fur friend. Every box includes a mix of 5-6 treats, toys and accessories, with usually one high quality bandana or bowtie. Boxes can be customized for dogs with allergies, on grain free diets and for heavy chewers. Heavy chewers will receive the toughest and sturdiest toys on the market, nothing soft or plush will ever be included. For every box you purchase, they donate a portion of sales to pet rescues & shelters in the USA."
Barkbox ships around the 15th of every month and once the box is shipped, they would send you an email confirming your shipment and customers in the US living in the lower 48 states will have free shipping, with their boxes being delivered within 2-8 business days. US customers also get tracking details. Customers in Canada can expect the subscription box for their dogs within 4-12 days of shipment and they apologize for the lack of tracking details as you cannot track your box once it leaves the US. Shipping costs about $5 for customers in Canada and other outer states in the US.

Seriously? I just spoke to someone at Bark Box today about a late delivery for Scout Finch’s box. They not only are making sure the box ships on time now, they’re sending the next box free AND including an extra toy. I was so impressed with their customer service and their determination to make things right that I signed up for a 2nd box each month for my grandson’s dog, Gatsby. We are now loyal Bark Box customers.

I ordered a gift for a friend's new dog. Neither my friend nor I received any information about the order in over two weeks: no tracking, no explanation for the delay, no updates within the order section of my account page, etc. My chats with the company went unanswered. The only acknowledgment of the order I received was the bill on my credit card. Disappointed and embarrassed to give such a crappy gift.

I love coming home and seeing the BarkBox on my porch. My dog, Duke, also loves it when he sees me bring it inside. It's the highlight of the month for Duke. He'll stare at it, because he knows what it is, even though he can't open it. He loves all the toys, and all the treats that he receives. I have not received a treat bag yet that he wouldn't eat. And the customer service is the best on the planet. I'm very happy with being a BarkBox customer!
I wanted to do something special for my chihuahua pug mix and I decided to sign up for Barkbox. I chose to go with the yearly subscription as it was the cheapest of the group per monthly payments. They offer boxes for different size groups, Small, Medium and Large as well as other types of boxes to fit what your pup needs - regular, super chewers, etc. I started off with just the regular box and when it came in the mail, she wasn't sure what it was yet but was excited. She received two toys, two treat bags and something else - which she all loved. My dog is a chewer so of course she had tore apart one of the toys and I simply contacted someone at Barkbox and asked if they could switch me to an option more suitable for her chew destroying needs and they were more than happy too.
Playtime is also a great opportunity for puppy teaching moments. You can train your dog through play, and with dog toys. Chewy carries the best dog toys from top dog toy makers like USA Bones & Chews, Nylabone, and KONG. There are dog balls and dog fetch toys, dog chew toys, plush dog toys, interactive dog toys, dog puzzles and rope and tug dog toys for your pup to play with. KONG dog toys are durable and made to last. If your canine’s a rascal with a strong jaw, KONG toys can be the perfect alternative to your designer furniture. KONG tough dog toys include balls of all shapes and sizes, and even cuddly plush toys. Plush dog toys are great for canine’s seeking comfort as they can ease some pup anxiety. Interactive dog toys help stimulate your pup’s mind, which is the key to a fulfilling life. If your pup loves to chew on your prized possessions, dog chew toys can come to the rescue. Chew toys can keep your pup busy for hours, and away from your closet. Playtime with your pup is a priceless experience pet parents cherish. Make the most of pup play with dog toys from Chewy.

With 500,000 subscribers to its delivery service and over 4 million fans on Facebook and Instagram, BarkBox’s social media team creates original video content and shares relatable memes with its followers in order to remind them of the emotional connection humans have with their furry friends. “We use mission-based marketing at an ambition-based company,” said CMO Jay Livingston, who joined Bark from Bank of America this July. “By not holding our social team to reach sales requirements, we give them an environment to create entertaining content to reach our highly engaged audience.”
I have been a BarkBox subscriber for 4 years and have previously found them to be mildly inefficient but the billing is accurate, the toys are cute and the packaging is tidy. However, I recently placed a gift order to BarkBox and things have gone badly. I got a delivery eta of a week out. Package not received 2 weeks later, multiple (5) follow-up emails entirely ignored by BarkBox. Response that finally came cited “mass email” to all subscribers (never received, although I continue to receive lots of sales emails from BarkBox) and “ongoing warehouse inventory”, and hopes that the box will ship in the next week or so. There is no mechanism for expediting support requests, and the front line folks appear to working from scripts intended to appease and retain customers, regardless of whether or not the problem can be addressed.
The customer support includes a happy BarkBox team made up of a happy group of committed dog enthusiasts in the US. You can always get across to their team through various means including text, chat, email, phone, app, and smoke signal. They’re ever ready and happy to answer your questions and offer you professional tips. And if your dog doesn’t find your box content irresistible something, they are more than happy to replace it with the company’s Scout’s Honor guarantee.

I was dubious that we really needed yet another plush toy, but after Gus (Chihuahua-poodle mix, 18 pounds, 18 months) loved playing with the Outward Hound Hide A Squirrel at a friend’s place, I had to get one. He typically has trouble paying attention to squeaky toys for more than a few minutes at a time, but the more challenging setup of three squeaky squirrels in a tree-trunk-shaped pouch will keep him going for hours. He fishes squirrels out, then runs around like crazy with whichever one is left in his mouth last. I can send the next one sailing the moment he’s back with the first, making it easy to tire him out. He also loves to chew on and shake the tree stump. The pieces are relatively tough too: After three months of near-daily playing, I have yet to do any mending to sew up holes (your mileage may vary—it’s still a plush toy).
First, they don’t see themselves as just another subscription box service.  They see themselves as a modern concierge service that combines the best of convenience, control, and value. They offer a lot of ways to customize your box including choices for grain-free gourmet treats, options for toys-only or treats-only boxes, the ability to choose toys tailored to your dog’s chewing style, and offer a multi-dog option for larger households.
Great review. I started with barkbox years ago and switched to pet treater about 8 months ago when a friend told me they did the same. Very, very glad I did. Barkbox seems to appeal more to the pet owner rather than my actual dog. adopted a cat a few months back and signed up for pet treater’s cat pack and love it. I can’t compare it to any others, as I haven’t tried any other cat box, but I did notice all the other’s ive found are double the price, so I’ll stick with this one unless something changes.
Total price of items, if bought individually: ~$51.89 for Ruggie's box ("iBalls" dog toys, elk antler chew, salmon and ginger treats, chicken-flavor training teats, stuffless crinkle bone toy) and ~$76 for Tico's box (turkey and duck burger treats, salmon and ginger treats, chicken jerky treats, rocket dispenser toy, nubby toss toy, stuffless crinkle bone toy). All prices sourced from Amazon and Pupjoy's website.
Struggling to find time in your schedule to run basic errands, let alone keep your dog’s goodie stash stocked? Dog subscription box services are a growing trend and may be the solution to having enough toys, treats and health items on hand for your pup. We all reward our dogs with new toys and treats, but we don’t want to give them just any dog product.
Not so happy with this company. It is already August and have not received my July box yet. When I try to check online, it just says, "Information not available yet." Talked to the rep and she said there have been some delays with getting boxes out due to a warehouse move, and while I understand the delay (I guess?), being proactive and communicating this information to customers would go a long way to avoid frustration. They did offer to make the August box free, which is nice, but as of now, my August box will be delivered before the July box. Makes no sense. It's a bummer. I was excited, but I'm not trusting that future orders will be timely.

Reviews for the Wobble Wag Giggle Ball from WNEP and Highya speak to the versatility and durability of this interactive dog toy. Our own testing revealed that the six "clutch pockets" make it easy for dogs of any size to enjoy this toy and the three internal tubes emit sound whenever the ball is shaken or rolled. Whether you need a toy to keep your dog entertained while you are away or something to help him get a little bit of extra exercise, this is the toy to choose.

I have a 15 lb Shorky that would chew threw barkbox toys in minutes. We were put on the destroyer list and told the toys would not have anything harmful in them, wrong. The last toy we received (because I. canceled my subscription) was a stuffed coffin that your dog was suppose to tear it open to get to a bone inside, the toys was filled with stuffing and a squeaker that I had to get away from my dog right away and a rubber bone. I let my dog have the bone and within seconds he had chewed a piece off the end. Yet another toy that went into the garbage. I have toys that I bought at Walmart that are better quality and have lasted months. barkbox is a waste off money!!
Reviews by Stop That Dog and Tough Toy Pros speak to the toy's durability as well as its ability to clean your dog's teeth during play. In our own testing, the Mammoth Flossy Chews Cotton Blend 3-Knot Rope Tug stood up to everything our test dog threw at it. The cotton blend materials were durable against some rough tugging, and the three knots provided hand holds for a strong grip. Our test dog couldn't get enough of this rope toy.

So instead, BarkBox use this as a retention opportunity. Co-founder Matt Meeker started the service because his 150 lb. Great Dane kept destroying toys designed for smaller dogs. By designing boxes for different dog sizes, customers are more likely to get treats and toys that are tailored to their pet in the very first box. Therefore, they will continue to order.
