I wanted to do something special for my chihuahua pug mix and I decided to sign up for Barkbox. I chose to go with the yearly subscription as it was the cheapest of the group per monthly payments. Super fast shipping! I got my box two days after my first subscription. I use BarkBox SuperChewer because my puppy will destroy all plush toys. She’s been loving it so far, it’s super durable. She also loved all of the treats they’ve delivered. I love how everything is natural and high quality, it gives me a piece of mind. My pup didn’t like some of the toys and customer service told me they can replace it. So far so good!

But the homegrown fulfillment solution BarkBox was using made it difficult to communicate with customers when delivery information changed, and nearly impossible to get timely feedback when something went wrong. I have been subscribing to BarkBox for about a year after we got our new puppy and we couldn't be happier! Every month we receive the best treats and toys and Jerry is always so excited! We received 3 months as a gift. However since our pup has food allergies I contacted Bark Box to change the food and snacks provided. Response time is horrible. I had to email several times… When they did reply they confirmed that they would put us on their list of dogs with special dietary restrictions.
