Great review. I started with barkbox years ago and switched to pet treater about 8 months ago when a friend told me they did the same. Very, very glad I did. Barkbox seems to appeal more to the pet owner rather than my actual dog. adopted a cat a few months back and signed up for pet treater’s cat pack and love it. I can’t compare it to any others, as I haven’t tried any other cat box, but I did notice all the other’s ive found are double the price, so I’ll stick with this one unless something changes.

Used to review dog boxes, paied for them so I could say what I wanted. The DapperDog I was so excited to order,however subpar for the price when I recieved it. Both my dogs either the toy fell apart, the list goes on. It’s a more expensive box that I found did not match what was in the box. I like to change up every year, this box half I could not use. I am honestly shocked they have are still around. Just my 2 cents.

I have been subscribing to BarkBox for about a year after we got our new puppy and we couldn't be happier! Every month we receive the best treats and toys and Jerry is always so excited! Each BarkBox surprise is sent on the 15th of each month, and most consumers have reported that they’ve received their packages quickly and without delays. I have been a BarkBox subscriber for 4 years and have previously found them to be mildly inefficient but the billing is accurate, the toys are cute and the packaging is tidy. However, I recently placed a gift order to BarkBox and things have gone badly. I got a delivery eta of a week out. Package not received 2 weeks later, multiple (5) follow-up emails entirely ignored by BarkBox. Response that finally came cited “mass email” to all subscribers (never received, although I continue to receive lots of sales emails from BarkBox) and “ongoing warehouse inventory”, and hopes that the box will ship in the next week or so. There is no mechanism for expediting support requests, and the front line folks appear to working from scripts intended to appease and retain customers, regardless of whether or not the problem can be addressed.
After my comparison posts, I get a lot of people asking which subscription box is our favorite. After my last comparison post, I promised to reveal our top 3 subscription boxes. I’m going to cheat a little though. I am not ranking them in order because they are all great in their own ways. No matter which one of our tip 3 boxes you pick, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
