Barkbox ships via DHL and USPS (Priority mail) inside US and ships to Canada via USPA to Canada Post. This requires you to personally collect the box and if a re delivery is not possible, you’ll be asked to go to the post office. But you can avoid all this by customizing your delivery options or by talking to the USPA personnel. You can schedule your delivery time as well by going to my.usps.com.
I have been using BarkBox for over a year now. And even as I write this and was speaking aloud my dog sat straight up and looked at me when he heard the words BarkBox! It has become a phrase in my house to get the pups to come or do as I say by simply saying those two wonderful words BARKBOX! I have two dachshunds that absolutely love their toys every month, and have even learned when each month to start expecting them and literally watching out the window! But my babies aren't the only ones in love with this company... Over the past year I have found the BarkBox employees to be by far the most kind caring and helpful of any company I have ever dealt with. I have a 15 lb Shorky that would chew threw barkbox toys in minutes. We were put on the destroyer list and told the toys would not have anything harmful in them, wrong. The last toy we received (because I. canceled my subscription) was a stuffed coffin that your dog was suppose to tear it open to get to a bone inside, the toys was filled with stuffing and a squeaker that I had to get away from my dog right away and a rubber bone. I let my dog have the bone and within seconds he had chewed a piece off the end. Yet another toy that went into the garbage. I have toys that I bought at Walmart that are better quality and have lasted months. barkbox is a waste off money!!
Seriously? I just spoke to someone at Bark Box today about a late delivery for Scout Finch’s box. They not only are making sure the box ships on time now, they’re sending the next box free AND including an extra toy. I was so impressed with their customer service and their determination to make things right that I signed up for a 2nd box each month for my grandson’s dog, Gatsby. We are now loyal Bark Box customers.
