This is the not the experience that we want you guys to have at all and would love to turn this around for you both! We know how eager you guys must be to get your box and we don't blame you at all. It looks like this month's box would be Click's second box and last month was the first. Right now the first box always auto ships right away. Then following that our boxes ship out on the 15th of the month and you can see those boxes anytime from the 15th-26th of the month. Then right now that ETA delivery date can change at any time. We are so very sorry about this and can see how that would be frustrating! Then right now when you sign up for a multi month commitment and cancel that stops the renewal. Meaning you will still get the boxes that you signed up for and none following that. We try to make that apparent at sign up, but it can be easy to miss at times. I have always looked forward to the monthly boxes, as well as my pups. However, my recent experience will cause me to never use your service or recommend to others. The cancellation policy and what seems to be a trend of complaints, was a three month process. My dogs' last box contained treats that made them quite sick. Two of my three dogs were up all night vomiting and diarrhea. I’m not sure I would have made the connection to the treats until an email from BarkBox today. They have never reacted to what you are saying was a mislabeled “included barley” response.

Im glad to have come across this article of reviews of the different pet boxes I am getting a gift for someone and a box for my little girl she just lost her grand father misses him and would have got another for my male Samoyed but he just passed away due to my vets mistreatment he was a National Specialty Show dog of the country and top number 2 Sammie in the country several times.

Claire likes: I *adore* a good theme, which made opening this box an utterly delightful experience for my extreme type-A soul. The hippo has easily become Ruggie's favorite toy of all time; it was one of the only things that comforted her after her surgery. It's part rope, part stuffed animal, part nubby ball with squeaker inside, and while Ruggie hasn't done much damage to it yet, I'm betting this would be a great toy for power chewers since it's basically toy-ception.

We hand select our toys with power chewers in mind. We could get all nylon super tough toys that are close to indestructable, but we know and understand that even tough chewing pups don’t always love the hard, extra durable toys and we want your pup to enjoy their goodies! So we search for extra durable products that your pup will love and that will last longer than your average plush toy.
We did recently switch warehouses in July and in doing so it caused a hiccup in our system with some boxes. So some of our boxes were a little bit delayed. We are more than happy to make sure that you get that July box and check into the tracking more for you and turn this around. Then going forward I want to ensure you and your pack that you shouldn't have any further trouble with boxes. That was just due to our warehouse move for the month of July. The study suggests that the craziest dog people might go into withdrawal when they are away from their dog and lean on technology for quick fixes.
